The reason why this song was one of Taeyeon's most loved ballad is the way she's singing this song. It is a breakup song so the lyrics are unarguably sad. Blue is a song about longing and regret. Taeyeon's breathing control and soft tone while singing managed to deliver the emotions of the song to the listeners.

TAEYEON's voice is so special that it can make a minimalist song like Blue sound perfect and so magical it makes you feel like you're floating. It's a song from the four seasons album. I like blue more than four seasons. I feel alone in the deep sea. Taeyeon's interpretation of the song is really good.
