One thing I realized while playing Phantom Liberty is that V is a worse dancer than Commander Shepherd. I was vibing with Alex in the bar while she's dancing to her favorite song, and V ruined the whole scene with his stupid hand dancing.

@@jamesolive653 Starfield is a standard albeit more polished Bethesda game. This is actually a good thing. More polished in the sense that it's not as buggy as their usual. Bethesda games are known for being expansive canvases. Come back in a year or two and it'll be great, filled with all manner of things that no other developer would make, thanks to its moddability. That's sooner than Cyberpunk took to just clean up its act. They even have a headstart thanks to there being less stuff that modders need to actually fix, so they can focus on expanding it instead. And it'll only get better from there, for years hence.

@@ArawnOfAnnwn Skyrim, oblivion, Morrowind, fallout 3, new Vegas and fallout 4 were way more immersive even without mods. For a studio like Bethesda it shouldn't be left up to modders to make their game more interesting because they half-assed the base game. It took them many years to deliver this bland and boring game that they hyped to no end as the adventure of a lifetime. They missed so many opportunities and totally dropped the ball on Starfield and it shows. I've been a Bethesda fan for decades and I know what they are capable of and this ain't it. As for modders making the game more interesting I definitely agree and I'm very excited to see what's to come from the many talented modders in the community.

The flashback scenes with Johnny were from the original module in the Box Set - so, for me, they were MY Flashbacks. Joy. I look forward to eventually picking up Phantom Liberty. I started playing this game after it was patched just because I had other games I was working through. Glad i waited. I skipped all the drama and I almost never do multiple playthroughs of a game. This might be my favorite game.

the bones of this game were masterful from day one, minus the bugs of course. Its the only game I've ever played where I can just wonder around looking at all the cool buildings and lights and feel like I'm a tourist in Tokyo or new York or something. Over 100 hours in and I'm not even half way through the story since I spend so much time driving around with no loading screens. Playing starfield feels like playing no mans sky day one in comparison in terms of immersion.

Wow, I have seen a ton of Honest Game Trailers, this is the first time I actually finished the game before the trailer was released... BTW, very enjoyable, specially after the 1st patch. The biggest annoyance is that I get 70fps (4k) on normal gameplay, but a lot of time I get down to 5fps when opening map/inventory...

Because you were lied to by a bunch of game journos on social media that used a bunch of sheep to spread the lie and the sheep pretended they had played the game when most of them never had. So you had the vast majority of the people that were playing the game with no issues being drowned out by a bunch of lying sheep who wanted to feel like they were with the group.

Played through it. It's pretty chunky if you engage in all side missions and gigs. And the gigs are actually much more interesting this time around. There are 4 endings for Phantom Liberty (based on 2 choices, one about 70% of the DLC - you'll know it when you get there and the other at the end) and 2 of them give a new ending for the main game. I think 30$ is fairly decent for this expansion.
