Damn , people before complaining need to know that this is a CBU motorcycle, the price for this is around 8-9 lacs ex showroom in other western markets, but youre getting this at only a lac difference more here in India. On road price is what making it 2 lac more expensive. Other than tubeless tyres this motorcyle is absolutely VFM

Honda has been in India for nearly three decades but it gets wrong what Indian consumers want all the time .. They should bring crf rally it will sell like hot cakes.

Crf 300 rally’s price in us is 6000$, now convert that in INR & tell me if it’ll sell like hot cakes.

If this bike was priced at 11 lakh on road instead of 13 to 14 which I'm sure honda will do in a couple of months then it will be back in the game ! Also tube tyre at this price !

Cb500x before getting discoutinued was priced at 6.50 lakh on road which was vfm at the price so this transalp should not be priced more than 10.50 lakh

It's for offroading, tube tyres are easily replaceable and repairable

No Honda won't price it lesser than this in a couple of months, cos unlike their previous bikes, this is actually VFM. . . Also considering it's closest rivals, this one is actually priced lower than them, plus don't forget this is a CBU. . .

Tubed tyres are a big let down IMO. Otherwise its a wonderful machine for the price and Honda's reliability is icing on the cake. I guess its a CBU directly imported from Japan.

DCT is not available in translap. It's in Africa twin. It makes the bike heavier than manual transmission

DCT is available in NX750 and African Twin. If they provide the same in translap then that's going to impact African Twin sales.

@@sadiqooty carrying a tube is not a concern, you have to remove the wheel to change the tube, that takes a lot of extra time compared to tubeless tire puncture.

850 MM SEAT HEIGHT IS TOO MUCH FOR SHORTIES LIKE ME AT 5'6".Many would buy these bikes if its not for the seat height especially the adventure bikes where you need you need your foot to be on the ground at times for the safety when you are doing the real offroading

It's a nice package but a bit over priced as the previous 500

It's a CBU, for the western market it's priced at 9 lacs ex showroom, but for India you're getting it at 11 lacs ex showroom which is a really amazing price being a CBU
