Honda Rebel 500 S, last ever ride.
Had the last ever ride on the Honda Rebel 500 S, as today the Rebel got part exchanged for a new bike.
My better half has decided the Rebel wasn't the bike for her, she absolutely loved the look of the bike but couldn't get away with the riding position.
There is a replacement bike, which will be revealed in due course.
I decided to cut this video down as I didn't talk that much, but still left a bit of just riding in.

I’m really attracted to the rebel machinery wise but I sat on one a couple of weeks ago and was a little put off by the extraordinarily low seating position (lower than an RE classic) I’m retired and not looking for power….- What bike has your wife gone for this time?

I know what you mean about the low seat height, which is what attracted my wife to the Rebel along with its looks. However she just couldn't get along with the riding position and hip angle. She has traded the Rebel 500 in for a Triumph Scrambler 900, and she couldn't be happier. Although she can't totally flat foot the Triumph with both feet, she can still get one foot flat on the ground, and finds the bike totally manageable. I have done a video showing the Triumph Scrambler 900 that she has bought. Thanks for watching and commenting.

It was traded into a dealer in August last year, and was sold within a week.
