Just bought one to replace and old craftman 13hp 31inch as well… Although I miss a bit the wide clearing track, that hss724 throw the snow twice as far and 10x more accuratly than the ol craftman…. And that is, without mentioning how hard that thing can scrape the ice off when needed… I just love the machine!

Was hoping you would drive it into the heavy snow not just the powder. I’m trying to decide from the 22 inch track or the 24 inch like yours and pay a thousand dollar difference thanks ✌️🇨🇦

I would like to have model 9/28 but it is very expensive. already 7/24 is not give but the quality is here .... I had opted for an expensive Yamaha model but it was not available

The difference between the 622and the 724 is pretty substantial…. My neighbours has a 622 and I have a 724.. that extra HP makes a huge difference

I have a 24 inch 2 stage Honda that I bought new. Id love to buy this new Honda, but I cant justify it because my 1991 Honda wont die. 😱

Honda makes the best blower out there but You will pay 3 times more to buy it and 3 times more to fix it . Thats my opinion.I would never buy any blower with tracks. In fact I have taken blowers and removed the tracks and put wheels on it. Why do you think you need tracks? If you have a pond you want to blow the snow off and its a long way from your house then maybe tracks would work better because then you can drive on top of the snow but other than that?

because tracked snowblower don't try to climb on hard pack snow.. they bite right in at the set height and they just progress foward without any need for you to hold them nose down… my old craftman would kick up instead of digging in the end of driveway bank… this 724 on track just chew it up without complaining…. never ever gonna go back on wheels...

Agreed. Had both, tracks are far better. Plus you can lift the auger quickly and clear snow over grass or gravel. Also my old blower with wheels had chains which damaged the cement...not so with tracks. Finally, traction is better with tracks. It’s no contest in my opinion. Once you go track, you never go back.
