Check that your cable housing is actually broken before getting this repair kit. I did the disassembly before I ordered it just to be sure. The part installed as described.

I broke mines in the middle don't know if the kit will work on a Honda Accord 2013 has the same exact cable style and same exact style. Do you know if it will work if the black plastic is broken in half and not broken at the base like in video.?

The door on my 2008 Accord Ex will not close. I had much difficulty getting it opened a few times in the pass. The last time I opened it, now it is not closing. will this work on a 2008 Accord EX?

I am afraid that you will probably have to replace the entire cable assembly. You can sent back the repair part for a full refund.

Read your eBay listing, would this work on a 2006 Honda civic si coupe?

I don't believe it will work for a 2006 civic.

On mine the cable is broken right near the cable end so the trunk wont open. It still opens now that i have it taken apart I can just pull on the wire. Any ideas on how to reattach? The little cylinder on cable end is stuck in there aswell.

No it is not.

I just paid Ed Napleton Honda dealer $400 to fix this.

Why not vacuum all that crap up while you're already there 🤷🏻‍♂️
