In this video i will be removing the ugly mud guard drop fender on the rear of this Honda CBR sport bike with basic tools at zero cost. There are kits available to totally remove the tail extension and accommodate the signals and license plate bracket, but I think we can make it work by cutting, shortening and modifying the original parts to suit. Make it work with what parts we have on hand, one of my specialties and what I’m good at: making it happen on a budget.
Motorcycle mods on a budget. Improves aerodynamics and appearance, can be completed solo in a couple hours with hand tools. ultimately i removed several pounds from the motorcycle including the drop fender, a section of the metal bolt-on tail extension, the original license plate bracket, and the plate light spacer in my best attempt to tidy the tail on a budget.
