Kinda wish I could see that spray painted Black van with a loudspeaker on the front Phelps and some other guy drove to Santa Barbara skatepark appx. 4-5 years ago at least once more. He would make all kinds of growling noises into it to at the top of his lungs to cheer all the skaters on. So cool. First and last time I've ever seen him, and the last thing he said as they backed out and drove away will probably stick out in the back my mind forever. "SAANTAAA BARBARAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
