I love how it does that. First three missions were so chill.

This is great. I really want to see the rest of the story and missions.

if you overwhelm with so many unit in battle, there is a pause button on the left side of the screen.

The graphics and the different types of fighter ships look great! Enjoying it!

The player in this video already put himself in a bad position by not capturing all of the barrage frigates in the previous mission. In mission 3, you don't have to destroy the raider frigates. You can just simply capture them all. So that you start out with five barrage frigates even before you learn to build an assault frigate.

Fair point. But the barrage frigates aren't that good though; an assault frigate has three times the armor. And, we can't retire ships.

I think some support frigates died on the retreat? RIP...

I would watch the homeworld videos but I'm actually excited about homeworld, and when I'm excited about a game I dont like to ruin anything for myself !

Man glad you are posting this. From what I have seen so far this games story just screams “we don’t understand what made HW1 and HW cataclysm so great” IMO the first two games were all about the Kushan people banding together against an enormous enemy and somehow finding victory and their place in the galaxy. HW2 story was horrible compared to the previous games because it focus on Karen s’jet and the “prophecy” which felt extremely bland to the other stories. Now we have HW3 which seems to be carrying the plot of HW2 but instead of telling the plight of the Higarran people we have the plight of another S’jet character. It drives me nuts! Are all the pilots, engineers, navigators, soldiers, and scientists nothing when compared to S’jet … short answer is yes they are not important. Even the older game cut scenes showed amazing things like far off planets, bases, ships, and special anomalies! In this game we get a majority of zoomed in shot of a named character. Such a let down to end the series, but Ty for posting this game so I don’t have to buy it.

I believe you can buy it from other places online. Might even be able to get it on hard disk. 😁

I admit, I wasn't sold on the story with the last couple missions. Boy that changed fast. While I think I am going to get through the older games before I get to this one, I might go ahead and buy it. They did good work.

I love how you can hear the comms going off like mad. This game, though still a little buggy, is definitely doing it's mark as being a modern Homeworld game. Plus, I really love that you can hear Imogen seemingly in pain / a lil' shook after cutting through that ship, lovely little detail to show she IS the mothership.

The unit pathfinding and ship engagement behavior needs some improvement. So far though story for me is great, graphics are solid, controls seem ok.

I don't understand the last minute, why does she say sorry? It's because you left ships without docking?
