I tend to really like working in silence. I’m definitely not into the noise and distractions that are common when I leave home. When I work, I pray, I think about that days Scripture. It’s wonderful. If I’m in a bad mood, I do listen to Brother Isaiah. His songs are part prayer and part Scripture, and are like a balm to my soul. ❤ Lovely video. Thank you. I love those brown mason jars.

Noise! We are inundated by a cacophony of sound. I truely enjoy the sounds of scubbing or bacon frying, the birds outside my window, the train rumbling by, or my own thoughts. Even sitting right now the sounds of blinds clanking gently in the air-conditioning, 112°F, is peaceful. I do not like music blaring all the time or the TV in the back-ground. The quiet of my world is the thing that keeps my sanity. I do miss my husband who is away for a few months, and love the grandchildren's chatter when they visit. But I do better with my own thoughts. Noemi, I love watching your homemaking skills displayed for the world to see. You are a blessing to my aged sitting, not able to do things that I once did and watching you happily breeze thru them. I think one of my favorite moments (from a video a couple of years ago) is when he made a comment about not wanting to be on camera because he hadn’t brushed his hair. 😂 I’m glad your washing machine isn’t broken! We bought ours on Facebook marketplace, and the lady threw in the dryer for free because it was “broken.” My husband was able to tweak something and it has worked now for years. 💁🏼‍♀️🎉 I hope you are enjoying the summer! I LOVE seeing bloopers at the end sometimes, too funny and it makes it more "real"! and who does not like "zsolt to the rescue"!!!!!

I absolutely love to work in silence (although music is sometimes my motivation). I also never listen to the radio in the car anymore, it was my only quiet time when the kids were little and it is now preferred.

Next spring will you please please do a grow veggies with me series. From scratch or also wif you plant for autumn winter

Oh, I'm so glad the washing machine got worked out! And Zsolt's sneaky laugh cracked me up! 🤣🤣🤣 I very rarely play music around the house - I grew up where the TV or stereo was always on, so I always wanted quiet. Now I make it quiet. haha The guys have ear buds so if they want something in the background, they can pick whatever they like and everyone is happy. I hope your boys are having an awesome summer break. It's wonderful that they are working with and learning from their dad; they'll have so many skills for their own future homes and maybe jobs, if they like. Way to go! Sending many hugs!🥰

My new routine is that when I am going to clean I watch ten min of your cleaning and I am so inspired to clean. Love love love the fact that you use so many natural cleaning products. Thank you for filming :)

I am sorry if I am adding comments when this is not the time you are sharing some of the same topics. I normally don't have the time to provide my agreement or feedback, but thought it might be appreciated and/or helpful to a person or more. Thank you Noemi for sharing your lifestyle, self and family and friends, when you may not have always know what to expect in a response. Your sharing has assisted in letting go of things, without any reason to share how or why. I live in WA. My sisters and I order through Azure for bulk flour, and other good heathlier choices. We are german/polish/etc by culture, so used to fermented foods, and with my grandparents being from the great depression, we have eaten hard buckwheat bread, jelly with skins in it (yuck), and soupy spinach (milkly spinach- double yuck). More to come...

I wish my garden produced like that! It's so lush and fruitful! I am able to grow a few herbs, but too much shade and wind in my yard keep things from getting really big. Whenever I try vegetables they either fail or are just totally stunted. Maybe one day I can convince my husband to give up some of his green space so I can build a small greenhouse! :)

I love my moments of silence. I can think, reflect, and reset. Zsoldt pretending to be electrocuted was hilarious 😂

Morning Neomi since the declutter video last week, I was able to get some storage boxes on sale at Costco Canada and I am now looking forward to the next stage of decluttering. Since watching you, I really take time to decide if I need something or if I have something similar already before bringing anything new in the home. This way I dont waste money or clutter my home unnecessarily. Whoooo hooooo summer is in full swing and I cant wait to see how your garden is doing, I have a small herb and lettuce garden and am so grateful for it. Good Morning! 😃💗 Thank you for being here! Sounds like you are on the roll with the declutter. Another way that helps me to think what I'm buying something I ask this question: Is it a natural material? Usually that eliminates a lot and the next question I ask myself how easy is to clean it? That helps a lot when I like something but I have to decide how the long term use will hold up for that item. The garden is doing well especially the cabbages and carrots. I'm so glad you have an herb and lettuce garden if I would have a small garden I would plant the same things too! Can I just say....I love you and Z. You 2 remind me of hubby and I. ❤ My daughter has been doing her utmost to change their diet for my grandson, but is feeling like nothing has worked and she has thrown money away. I told her to keep her diet changes and reconsider some of her supplements. She was making sourdough but has decided that she's tossing money at that now just keeping it fed. I am currently looking at sprouted grains and wow. The reason the U.S. is so unhealthy is because it seems to be 100x more expensive to cook and eat healthy. 😢.

Absolutely 100% get what you are saying so important to take breaks from distraction. They are fun but balance is important! I use bar keepers friend the liquid one. The liquid one better for your lungs and for the porcelain. It's a natural kind I think it's just citric acid in there but it works amazing! It removes the hard water everything is so shiny! Ha ha yes I wanted to create a Scandish Home shirt but after doing months of research I wasn't amused with the quality so I just kept the ones I ordered but I never released them. I don't do Scan Fair anymore I can make that many product and doing you tube at the same time but I do wanna go there to have fun this year!😃 Thank you so much for watching the video I wish you a relaxing weekend and an amazing week to you! 🤗💗

I just love your videos...they are helping me to declutter and get rid of things I never use. It is also making more intentional regarding the things in my home and what truly matters.

This is by far my favorite channel to watch!! I love scratch cooking, house cleaning, (I owned a cleaning company for 20 years) and all that comes with caring for family.
