Always good seeing what's available. I was converting the prices to my currency and for what is on offer, very reasonably priced for decent quality stuff. I loved the red suede corner set, the swing sofa bed and some of the dining sets. Cheers for showcasing this :)

Great selection 'Day', and very agreeable prices for cash. Do they deliver to Sogod and are there freight charges? They have a much more extensive range than Sun Gold where we purchased a lot of furniture when we arrived early 2008.

Faux leather is a term I often use and do so in this video. It is just what it sounds like - fake leather.

@@villagepeoplephilippines yeah you just use the term leather which it's not really so I just wanted to bring it to your attention because people might see that video go there that don't know better think it's leather pay that really low price and they're getting cheated because it's not leather or wood or whatever material. Just please keep in mind that's all no harm no foul

I have to say something I'm sorry you're doing a great job but you're over exaggerating the materials on it when you went to the tables you said it's wooden leather it's not it's particle board with laminate and the chairs are vinyl they're not leather because it's giving people this idea that it's better quality than it is it's great pricing for a lot of people fantastic which is cool but it's like selling a car saying it's a Porsche but it's a Ford Escort I think if you're going to do good videos like this which again you're doing a good job but you need to really know the materials because you're giving kind of false hope to people expecting better quality or materials

Greg. You have learned a great lesson about the Philippines today. Unlike the UK where I lived for a period of time, there is no Trading Standards, No Sales Of Goods Act 1978, so expect to find descriptions and descriptive labels on items describing them as anything the shop decides to call it. For example a particle board or plywood table covered in veneer or laminate. Sellers would still call that solid wood, because particle boards and ply are made from wood. Although there has been some attempt to regulate sales of goods here in the Philippines, it is left up to the buyer to be aware and do due diligence. Personally I often refer to it a faux leather as I did in the video multiple times, some call it vegan leather, german leather but most call it just leather. I am actually looking for REAL leather, to reupholster a sofa set, I just can't find it. I have come across many stores selling REAL leather made from animals, but it PU coated bonded leather. Welcome to the Philippines.
