Burger's look really good quality Ian. I'll definitely try that mice after your virdict. Burgers only worked out at £1 each and far better than what you can buy looking at your recipe Ian.

Im sure it said on the packaging it was from a farm in aberdeen, unsure if they get massaged lol but i have seen that before, the beef was absolutely delicious x

Please don’t man handle minced meat,the less you handle it the more tender the hamburger will be.I very lightly push it together ,then sprinkle the salt,and pepper on the outside,then I cook to medium.Here in America400 g would only give us 3 burgers,those were less than a quarter pound.,most burgers here would be 6-8 ounces.Glad you enjoyed them.

I do not know what those rings are.In the US we eat jalapeno poppers,which is a cheese stuffed actual jalapeno pepper.I also notice that over there y'all never seem to put fresh veggies on burgers.One dude did use onions but he ruined them by frying them in butter.
