People that engineer these things and build these little tools for their own use is amazing and I LOVE seeing things like this even if it's as simple as making a wrench to use in a tight spot. I'd rather watch videos like this all day and seeing someone genuinely happy of what they made than watch "influencers" ruin the future generation.

Adjust your mount higher on the hitch so that the jack is more stretched out. It will give it a lot more leverage and will stress the jack and your impact wrench a lot less.

No that would give it less leverage. Stop trying to use big words if you can't use them properly and also the stress on your tools will be the same cause it still will bear the same weight. By moving it up you're just adding more distance between the tire and the jack so in other words making a perfectly good design worse. Stupid wanna be engineer

Used the fireball method to seat new tire on wheel. Quick and easy. But i do this every 3 or 4 years. This time bought used trailer and one tire was 18 years old.

This summer, I had to take 8-10 worn out tires off some alum wheels so I could sell & I cringed at what it would cost. So, I went all shade tree & used some scrap metal, a few 4x6 blocks & my HF 20 ton press to break the beads. I figured there'd be stuff flying & butts a puckerin', so I got my wife to help. She always takes my mind off the sketchy with her general freaked outness, which is funny AF. But, it was all anti-climatic, worked slicker than chit & no flying projectiles. Was much quieter than a $3500 tire machine, too; just the chug chug of the air motor & the squeal of the jack, releasing the pressure.
