I'll be making this with gluten a free bread crumbs. I haven't used Shake Bake since the late 70s when I was a young military wife in Germany. Might be time to try it out again. Thanks for your video.

I'll never have to buy store bought coating again! I just made this and I had all the ingredients on hand so now I'm waiting for the chicken to bake. It coated really well, I added sage because I was out of Italian seasoning. Thank you!

@@pikecreekfarm After the chicken was baked, it was so crispy and flavorful, and the inside was so moist. I imagine the shell of the coating kept the chicken from drying out. It was even better than store bought! I'll be using this home made mix for now on, it was so flavorful. I'm not the best cook so this was truly a success for me. I'll be making this for company soon.

Did you know that when you have a full porterhouse steak that you have the top part is a new York strip and if the bottom has the full round part at the bottom, it is the Fillet Minion. If the bottom is only half then the whole piece of meat will be a T-bone. I worked at foodlion for 8 years in tje meat department and I learned a lot. So just remember that when you buy the porterhouse with a full round at the bottom then you have a very good steak and there is no need to buy the fillet. You will already have it. Some restaurants try to over sell like it is seperate.
