An honest review here! I made it today and it was very tasty. For those who said that it became soft, well you need to patiently cook it in low flame until its a little dark golden brown not light golden brown. The crunch for me was amazing and i didn't actually use the ketchup. My father usually does not eat packet chips so i made it especially for him. My family loved it and i will make it again for sure. @hebbarskitchen its definitely worth it!

Stir and fry them gently till they are golden in color and crispy. Drain the oil off them. Time to spice them up! Transfer the fried kurkure to a large bowl. Add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt, and 1 tsp powdered sugar. Mix well. Your combined efforts have paid off. I tried this recipe and it worked out pretty well !!😋. It had the texture of Kurkure although inside was a little soft which can be avoided by making thin Kurkure.

We need see our grandparents who ate puris and oiled stuff almost trice a week and still were healthy because they never had machines to do things. In winters oily food are healthy. This is according to ayurveda.

I tried it in an different way That is take the dough u cook nd make the shape as u lyk den keep all shapes in one plate . Make them to dry under sun . Then fry the dried kukure in oil Then u can njy the kurkure crisply
