✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Flattened Rice/Poha(पोहा) - 1 Bowl/200 Grams
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1/4 Bowl
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Water (पानी) - 1 Bowl
* CornFlour(आरारोट) - 4 Tbsp
* Refined Oil(तेल) - 2 Tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚:
* Tomato Powder(टमाटर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Amchur Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮, in a bowl, take some Tomato Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder & Black Salt. Mix well & keep it aside.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝘂𝗿𝗸𝘂𝗿𝗲, sieve some Flattened Rice/Poha & grind it. Take it out on a plate & put Gram Flour, Salt to taste, Red Chilli Powder & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder & mix all well. Then keep the pan for heating & add some Water. When the Water turns lukewarm then put the mixture in it gradually by stirring it continuously, and make it lumps-free. Take out the cooked mixture into a plate & spread the dough well & keep it cooling down. Then add some Corn Flour & Refined Oil in it and mix it. Apply some Oil to the dough and make the Kurkure. Roll them with the fingers to give them shape as shown in the recipe. Fry the Kurkure in the heated Oil and make them crispy & golden.
Sprinkle some Spices on the fried Kurkure & mix well. in this way, Very Tasty and Crispy Kurkure will get ready so easily at home.
