Ingredients:
1 cup Ragi flour (Finger millet flour)
1/2 cup grated jaggery
1/4 cup ghee
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, cashews)
2 tablespoons raisins
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions:
Dry roast the Ragi flour on medium flame for 5-7 minutes until aromatic.
Prepare jaggery syrup by dissolving grated jaggery in a little water on low flame.
Mix roasted Ragi flour, jaggery syrup, chopped nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder in a large bowl.
Grease your palms with ghee and shape the mixture into laddus.
