🔷️ Ingredients for chicken tikka
- chicken boneless 500g
- oil 4 tbs
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- termuric powder 1/4tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- lemon juice 2 tbs
- pizza sauce 3 tbs or add ketcup
🔷️ Ingredients for cheese sauce
- oil 1 tbs
- butter 2 tbs
- garlic paste or chopped 1 tsp
- all purpose flour 2 tbs
- milk 1.5 cup
- chicken cube 1
- salt 1/2 tsp
- black peper 1/2 tsp
- white peper 1/2 tsp
- oregano 1/2 tsp
- cheese 150g
🔷️ Ingredients for fries
- patato 1 kg
- salt 1 tsp
- all purpose flour 1 cup
- water , oil as required
🔷️ Ingredients for assembling
- cheese as required
- olive as required
- pinch of chili flakes
- pinch of oregano
