yes you can if you are preparing it in summer . but not good for winter bcz the ghee gets crystalized

Toasted. You can toast it in a tawa until it turns a bit golden. Don’t burn it. DO NOT add it without toasting.

You don't need to add any tipe of fat cause peanuts will release their oil when you grind them.

I think uh used the roasted peanuts .. right

No. You can use the baked ones in the shell.

also, many groceries make their own peanut right on the premises, b4 covid at least, and when my son was a baby, living in Taiwan in the early 70's, i roasted and then made my own pd and yogurt!!

Peanut butter is suppose to be vegan :(

This is not as healthy as it should be. Grinding peanuts at high speed grinders kills most of the nutrients and adding oils, sweetness and salt makes it worse. For taste purpose you can directly eat nutella but for health purpose always get a slow grounded quality peanut butter with no additives.

Of course, 1/4 salt is not healthy but it's negligible and fyki Nutella is full of added sugar. Amd this peanut butter has natural sweeteners.
