Fantastic work, how did you find a hollow bullet tip by the way? I've been wondering how to hollow out a tip for the lighter cap

thank you, the bullet had exploded and its tip was full I dug a hole to make the lid for the lighter

Why are u drilling it? Its exploded ammo right?

If it doesn't have the bullet and primer was struck I think that is an obvious yes. He needed to make a plug and primer won't let you,so you can replace primer with said plug
