Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Chicken boneless -1/2kg
Chilli Powder -2tsp
Salt -1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1tsp
Green chilli -6
Pepper Powder -1/2tsp
Garlic -4 or garlic powder -1/2tsp
Mayo -2tbsp
Bread Crumbs -4tsp
Sauce
Mayo -1cup
Chilli Sauce -21/2tbsp
Garlic -1/2 tsp
Ketchup -1tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce -1tbsp
Honey -1 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Burger Bun
Lettuce -
Tomato -
Onion -
Method
Take chicken breast and mince the chicken. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 6 green chillies finely chopped, ½ tsp pepper powder, 2 tsp chilly powder , 4 garlic pods finely crushed and salt. Mix this well with your hands. If you want you can add coriander powder. Add bread crumbs. There should be no water in the chicken. Keep it to rest for 5 mins. Check the spices after frying a small portion. Add lime juice for your sourness. Shape the patties and fry the patties. You can use the used patties in the freezer. Add foil in between the patties.
Add onions, oregano and chilli flakes to the patties accordingly.
To make the sauce - take the Mayo , add fresh finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of tomato sauce , spicy chily sauce, 1 tbsp of sweet chilly sauce and add honey. Mix well. Adjust the salt and pepper according to your preference.
Now we can place the burger in between the burger buns. Add tomato , lettuce and onion. Layer it to your preference.

I made this today and it came out very well. I didn’t have honey and sweet chill sauce, so used sugar instead. It still tasted yummy. My family really liked it. I will definitely make it again. Thanks much Veena for all these easy recipes.

Because soya milk is a high protein alternate for milk but those available in market contains huge amount of preservatives and chemicals. It would be great if we can prepare it at home.
