I've frozen store bought yogurt before but then just ate it from the container after popping the container in the microwave for 30 seconds..I like the idea of blending it and adding corn starch! Great idea!!!

The Corn starch just keeps it from getting icey. A tip my MIL told me

Ripe frozen banana can help make it smoother as well as sweeten without the extra cane sugar.

Trust your boy starch is not the way to go. What you wanna do is get you original greek yogurt your going to be adding the sugar yourself. Pour in the yogurt and if you want some vanilla extract and a pretty good amount of sugar and instead of starch use heavy cream this is what gives it the proper texture. Once your cubes are froze just add a teaspoon of milk to get it going in the processor/blender comes out like the froyo places and not like frozen gogurt!

If you have a bomb dot com blender then you do NOT have to freeze it in cubes. My blender is not a really good one so I have to.

It's 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar but I keep adding 1 tablespoon at a time until it's sweet enough

How long do you freeze it?
