7 g (0.24 oz) cornstarch.
30 g (1 oz) butter.
Juice of 4 oranges.
This makes 300 ml (10 fl oz) orange juice.
2 egg yolks.
50g (1.76oz) sugar.
400 ml (14 fl oz) milk.
40 g (1.4 oz) cornstarch.
