What is the reason for the baking soda? I've made it the same exact way but with only the milk and sugar. It came out great just like as if I bought a can of it. So I'm just curious what if anything, the baking soda does for it...? I've seen ppl add a dash of salt and wondered the same thing. 🤔

@@anushaiyer2487 I converted myself as a vegetarian but I didn't consider cow milk is nonvegetarian. I consider it that is another form of food and that is natural process of the cow.
