DC Norris Jet Cook System to produce Sweetened Condensed Milk for retail, food service and the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. The system has been installed Azerbaijan and has the capacity to produce 100,000ltrs of dairy products per day.
The system consists of DCN's Multi In-Line and In-Tank Steam Infusion units, as well as their patented powder induction system capable of entraining 200kgs+ of powder in under 5 minutes.
