Not mine. It's a "modified" version of the designs from the Metal Earth models. I know it because I've already assembled their batmobile model and I can say, it's almost identical. But in large scale and glued. Check them in Amazon (Fascinations).

I admire your patience, ingenuity and hard work. I was also pleasantly surprised when you used only common household items. When you used that hook-screw thing on the bottle caps, I thought, usually, that's when the DIY guy pulls out his $3,000 table lathe or something.

I've seen a lot of different things made out of soda cans, airplanes, rockets, cars, trucks, even furniture and flowers. However, the Batmobile is about one of the coolest ideas I've seen. Thank you for sharing this. Oh, by the way, I once saw an old locomotive made entirely out of Coke ( or Pepsi) cans. So cool what you can do with a soda can.

This used to be a commonly practiced art, but now it is rare to find anyone who still does it. It is somewhat making a comeback among those who want to get back to scratch building.

A lot of planning AND PASSION goes in to every single part. I worked on fast prototyping and always had ALL OF MY FINGERS glued together afterwards 👍😄 Kudos for the final piece. 🏆

No lego, no gunpla just a few soda cans and a lot of patience, planning and passion. This is what handcraft really is.

I work with metal, flash chimneys , reline box gutters, standing seam/fold lock roofs, that sorta thing, man you got some serious sheet metal skills..!!.

This is a “slice my finger off” project for sure...

Lying in bed on Sunday morning watching a guy build a Batmobile, raining out, nothing to get up for, life might just have peaked for me, great job and music selection.

Nice plan. Excellent results. Clearly you took dozens, perhaps hundreds of hours of trial and error working this out. The hard work paid off. Beautiful.

It's really just being able to scan a metal earth kit and scale it up in a computer. He does do a few of his own touches though when it comes to the wheels and fins.

Finally, a use for those old protractors he used to have for school!

This guy did papercraft once and decided the paper cuts didn't hurt enough.
