I felt the same way making my baby registry last year...I was so overwhelmed! I had a little knowledge about certain things because I've worked in infant rooms in daycares for years and was a nanny, but I also knew enough to know that every baby's preference is different! I think with my son who just turned 4 months old, I went through 3 different bottle brands in the first month before we found something he liked. There will also be people telling you that some things aren't necessary or pointless, but I would say from my experience as a new mom, if you think you will like it and use it with the baby...get it! If you end up not liking it you can always donate or give it to another mama and then you'll know for future reference!

Highly recommend doing the alternative glucose test called fresh test, it’s like $25 and so worth it! I did the regular glucoloa one with my first and felt awful after it, it’s full of crappy ingredients! The fresh test is clean and tastes like lemonade, I opted for that one with my second!

Consult a newborn specialist or nanny about needs etc. with baby stuff to get. I’ve done this many times as a long time nanny. Take the stress and overwhelming out of it.
