Since you asked, i definitely preferred the previous chairs. They were so luxurious and unique and created a cohesive look in the space. These rattan chairs are so heavily duped that they've become cheap looking. And now the light fixture looks out of place as well. But, love you and your man!

Rattan chairs truly have become such a common thing. But why? They are most usually out of character and dampen the classiness of some interiors. I don't like them and never advise them if asked

I’m so amazed on how people feel so comfortable to literally belittle others on their appearance without even knowing if they have any disease or something.. hopefully Tamara is a very smart person to overcome these situations.

Hello Tamara! I am a cardiac OR nurse for over 20 years and I always see sternum at work. Protruding sternum is Pectus Excavatum. You look great!!! Don't worry about other people say! It's my second day whiteout white sugar ✌️ I know that sugar is connected with inflammatory proces in the body but I was really opsesed with chocolate. I realize that it was an adicition for me. Tamara, I love how relatable you are for me. I’m from Bulgaria - now Canada. And I had flat feet and I have scoliosis, so I wore the back brace, which was a nightmare. I had to wear it 23 hours a day, and it ruined my middle school /high school years. But all for the better I guess. I still deal with a bad back, but I am investing in myself and getting better with every year. Anyways, love your stories.

I used to grind my teeth & it was because of anxiety. It snuck up on me. I was able to stop through daily meditation & yoga. Yoga & meditation teaches u body awareness & so I trained myself to be more aware of what I’m doing. Haven’t ground my teeth for over a decade❤❤❤

Hi Tamara, Sorry to hear about your grinding. I have suffered from severe teeth grinding since an auto accident over a decade ago. I have been to a dozen or so dentists in the US and Europe with little relief. Luckily after a lot of research, I finally came across a review of someone who had a very similar issue and made an appointment with her dentist. This dentist (practices in the US - NYC area) has been the most thorough and brilliant dentist I have ever seen. The dentist eliminated my headaches and my teeth grinding. I now sleep so well, feel so calm and am pain free. The dentist spent several hours looking at the neuromuscular mechanics of my mouth/bite over a 3 or 4 visits while subsequently adjusting my mouth guard until it was just right. I can't thank her enough and hope you find a dentist who has the right knowledge and patience to resolve your issue. PS The Hermès ètoupe spring coat + kelly elan bag are absolute perfection!🧡

Teeth grinding is fairly common, especially in modern society when we have a lot of pressures. I wear a night guard and it eases the pressure in my jaws that causes the ache. I highly recommend going to your dentist and asking about it. Switching topics...I absolutely LOVE the Hermes leather trench coat. What a dream!

I started grinding my teeth in sleep lately and I realized it was stress, my toddler is driving me a little crazy 😅. I tried to meditate before sleep and on the nights that I do it, it really helps, whenever I fall asleep immediately I wake up with a sore jaw and my teeth hurts😅 I am also trying to incorporate positive affirmations throughout the day to help with that issue, hope it helps

I usually refrain from offering my unsolicited opinion. but since you started the conversation about your immune system and white sugar, I’ll take some time to contribute as a healthcare professional specifically practising in the field of clinical nutrition:) I want to gently remind your audience that while i believe Tamara’s personal experience about how she felt while consuming a diet low in white sugar, this remains anecdotal evidence. Our brain and red blood cells preferred source of fuel/energy is sugar i.e. glucose/carbohydrates and it can be very dangerous to eat a diet low in sugar for an extended period of time. So while it’s a lovely challenge to temporary decrease added “white” sugar consumption (note: white sugar is not inherently bad, and the body metabolizes white sugar, brown sugar, syrups, etc all the same!) , I hope everyone continues to eat plenty of fruits and doesn’t begin to fear sugar :) lots of love and hugs xo

The thing is that many of us are struggling with sugar addiction and find tremendous benefits by cutting it out completely. Otherwise we stay hooked and fall in to uncontrollable and unhealthy habits. The addiction takes over. For me, it has been absolutely miraculous to cut out sugar completely. I have gone through total reversals of painful inflammatory conditions… my mood is better, cognitive function is improved, and I don’t get sick anymore. There’s actually a lot to it ❤
