Love what you did with the office. My office is almost the exact same layout and I’ve been struggling with how to make it work as an office/guest bedroom. I actually had the same couch but just recently sold it for more storage. Still in progress.

I love the softer green you ended up with. Such a gorgeous space now ❤

Yes, girl YES!!! It turned out perfectly. I love it all. It’s came together really nice. Y’all did a fantastic job. I need to get that sofa/futon for my husbands office makeover. Thanks for sharing. Can’t wait to see more projects. I also think the green is perfect. I’m a blue girl but that green is making me want to add some pops of green.

I love it! Totally my style. I slept on a futon at my sisters house and it was so uncomfortable. I think adding a mattress topper when guests use it would be really nice. Hugs from Germany ♥

Space looks great! I am using the same similar cabinets from home depot, unfinished so far. I haven't decided on a color yet, but just purchased a couple upper cabinets for storage so will be painting them soon. I did cut the toe kick down some on the base cabinets so the desk wouldn't be to high above the floor. I like the butcher block top. Trying to re-do our home office which my wife primarily works from, but we do have separate desks. You gave me some ideas on what to do in our office too.

Looks really good! So fun how we think something will go so quick then it takes so much longer somehow. I’ll ask my dad how long will it take if we do x thing. He will always respond how long “should” it take or how long “will” it take? Lol I think the new green color is a way better choice for the space. I think you did a great job on decorating. Of course we can all give ideas but that would be what we want. It’s your space for you and your husband and I think it looks great just as it is. ❤️

i got the prints from etsy for about 10 dollars and then i just used the shop Smallwoods to print them! i want to say it was around $200 for all three as they were doing a bundle discount when i ordered mine! ☺️ i got the biggest size!

@@kenziemac I have a built-in desk space just like this but on a larger scale in my home office, too. We used kitchen grade cabinets but cut off some of the bottom so its not counter height and now I wonder if we should've left it. Oh well! Yours looks great - and we totally made those front drawers functional - now they're decked out with clear storage containers of different sizes that fit together like Tetris for all my pens, notebooks, markers, stamps, paperclips, etc....love it!

Very nice job and especially good dual purpose however if you expect someone to sleep there you really should put blinds or curtains up esp. since it’s at the front of the house and anyone can look in.

Where's the computer? Also how does it work for two people to sit so close. Me and mine would fight over that space. I would have done the opposite one one each side with a cabinet in the middle. Looks really good.

we have laptops that we store away when they’re not in use. honestly, i normally sit on the couch and he sits at the desk! i’ve never been a desk person anyways, so i don’t mind ☺️

There is no doubt you can style anything and your call on the creamy green vs. the first green was spot on (and I cannot stand green). My problem is with the design and function. The sitting arrangement doesn't work for 2 unless it's 2 kids.Where do the computers and keyboards go? And the shelves all the way up to the ceiling are nice, but isn't it dangerous to cover up a vent like that? I would have used the opposite wall to maximize the work space, separated the seating and allowed for the maximum of natural light to come into the room and chosen a softer more warm and inviting creamy plush couch instead of the cold slippery leather. Too much trouble just to dress shelves.
