My house site or house plot road had been encroached, I was fighting to clean the encroachment for past 10years, still not able to clear, due officials delaying action on encroacher even after producing absolute evidence .

Hope the new legal reforms would streamline our legal system. Would our judiciary also rise upto the occasion instead of sitting on the case bundles for hatching.?

No need to quickly and arbitrarily roll out a new laws. What is the most sensible thing to do is amendment. Those old and irrelevant laws can be amended with mass debate and concensus. As a matter of fact the new laws was drafted by the home ministry without taking into confidence the Law Commission of India and the Bar Association of India who were the competent expert in the field. More over the controversial laws were simply passed with a minority voice vote right after more than 150 MPs were suspended by the Speaker. Which shows no mass extensive discussions and debates were done in the Parliament. The time and way the new laws were rolled out,there is a big suspicion that there is a hidden agenda behind it as there were many draconian laws in the new 3 laws.

Actually there was an agenda for the Opposition parties to block all progressive reforms initiated by the Modi Govt. for political reasons .The nation has to move ahead for which strong initiatives just as the present legal reforms are inevitable and cannot be dragged on at the whims and fancies of the irresponsible and disillusioned opposition political leaders . Still , due amendments are possible to overcome shortcomings,if any, provided, the opposition parties come forward with positive suggestions giving up their adamant and negative attitude towards a democratically functioning regime.

Congratulations to drive the country in right and correct direction, justice will get on time. Kindly update speedy action on house property encroachment and house pathway encroachment. Jaihind.

@@mohan.g police raj can keep you in custody without any Fir for upto 90 days and you can't even get bail under the new laws. Howz that for a deterrent to a common man ?

we welcome the new laws at the same time india national language is not only HINDI, it will be difficult for the south indians to pronounce the new law code , it will be better the the code name should be given in all regional langaues if it not , it should be in english so that not only india the whole world can understand

@@chandrashekarc8189 yeah you are right it should be understood by everyone but if we start changing based on region it will become very difficult to come on common ground. even in north india there are many languages(mother tongue ) apart from hindi. Each state has own mother tongue. for understanding purposes they are giving the translated one. we need to understand this we have vast diversity. we need to come in common ground. if everyone has given change for opinion many of them will start inserting their personal interests and then any serious thing will turn into joke.

Highly welcomed change is 'making videography of all the investigations police making'. These are game changing updates, we should appreciate BJP for this.
