That's how I made about 50% of my picks. Get the templates on line, use hacksaw blades (or windshield wipers pieces..) and start grinding. Everything, even the tension tools are nice and flat. On the tension tools, think of cutting the unit like you would with scissors on a sheet of paper. Everything is horizontal = flat and fits in your wallet. Only point, hacksaw blades are HARD and will eat up your Dremmel stones so buy some extras. Get some Diamond grit small tips to do your small / divit work on your picks. (PS: on grinding work: drip a little water on the stone/metal work, really makes the grinding work cooler.) Also, buy some heat shrink for the handles, looks better than electrical tape!

you can use a dremel tool with cut off wheels that's what i did for my first few picks and it works good.

i learned quite a bit from this video. Once i heard you made these keys from hacksaw blades without templates i figured "Shit, how could you do this wrong?". I locked my dad's keys in his 1999 Crown Vic Police car.. I grabbed the key to our Ford F150 (after trying several other ford keys) still no budge.. so i just wiggled the shit out of it when it was in the lock.. Im willing to bet money my face lit up like the sun when i watched the little lock plunger slide up on the inside :D

nice job I would not mind having a set like that but I would use stainless steel knifes from the dollar store more rigid and can be better polished.

Tow Truck cant work cause I have e-brake on and clutch on gear so all four wheel is lock and also I have two way alarm that my pager ring/vibrate me if you trigger my alarm also I have Hood Lock so you cant cut the hood latch, along with Clutch Lock too and take off my Aftermarket Steer wheel just in case...

best way to make rocker keys. example five wafer lock cut 2&4s example 23345 now do the opposite54332 keep doing this intill you end up with 32cut keys may use depth set keys for exact depths

look on the internet. do a search for "auto jigglers" and "car slim jim" jigglers can only start older cars- they'll get you inside most cars, but they can't activate the ignition in newer cars.

why i love the ONE thing my car does have in regaurd to security no signal from the chip in the key, the engine wont start pretty good considering its a 1990 camaro

some car brands require more then 1 "master" master key, a ferrari enzo might have 1, but a ferrari p4 or p5 is difrent, there isnt 1 masterkey for ALL ford cars.. etc
