Lower cabinet would be approximately Rs.1500-1550/sft and upper cabinet would be Rs.1200-1300/sft approximately

Would you advise to keep the granite top by builder when buying a on going construction project or is it better to keep it empty for interior designer team? What would be the differential cost for laying granite slab?

If you are looking for a premium look its better to keep the granite on top of wood work rather than keeping it on concrete slab

Reasonable cost. Can put similar video for false ceiling.
