This is good information Dileep. I would also suggest you make a video about how you took up an existing old house and completely turned it around to create a new one. There is a challenge in that and creating a heritage project is something that will add value to what you have been doing

Really nice video..... with professionalism....😎😎.. im Glad that you have openly said the 15% profit... But it will be a profit only if the construction is completed with in the estimated time...6 to 7 months (average time for a building of this size).... If it goes beyond the estimated time... it's going to burn the engineer's pocket..... And generally the people (Clients) don't understand this...😶😶😶

We have not used interlocking bricks in our projects as they are having some disadvantages, so we don't recommend them
