I found them 7 months ago & I've stayed in that rabbit hole ever since, lol. I have all of their cd's & am seeing them in August, God willing.

Start with the 'Butts Remix' a great medley that spans Country, Rap, Rock, R&B and shows their fun/playful side.

Oh, Honey. I was already here for you, but if you're reacting to Home Free I'm 50 shades of here for you! Them's my boys!! You'll never be disappointed with them.

I've never heard anything they have done that I didn't absolutely love, whether its a cover or one of their original songs. Their bass singer is inhuman, and their beatboxer is a freak of nature (and on his own sounds like a complete dance club). Everything they do reaches the emotions, whether its serious, sad, romantic or downright foolish fun. I would suggest something silly their "Butts Remix" which mashes up a variety of styles (country, pop, rap/hip hop) and is fun as heck.

For spiritual inspiration, try Home Frees “How Great Thou Art”. But, for something completely different, listen and WATCH the “Butts Remix.” There are so many good ones...they’re fantastic! Loved your reaction and enthusiasm!

This was the song/video that got me hooked on them! Yes we all want more Home Free!

Home Free has some great harmonies, you should check out more of them. Acapella is pure vocal talent.

Tim Foust, who is the bass singer, has a 5 octave range...incredible! Listen to their cover of Love Train...amazing!

I so much appreciate you for appreciating the ridiculous talent that these men have. You really out to give a listen to their rendition of "How great thou art." Their vocals, and the arrangement make this the best version I've ever heard of this classic. It was filmed in the Austrian Alps, and the scenery is breathtaking. Rock on, sweetie! 😊

First things first, I *strongly* recomend waiting until after you've seen a few other videos from them before reacting to their cover of 'Mayday' by CAM. There's a surprise in that video that you will miss if you're new to their work. A few things about this group. I _think_ (home fries don't kill me if I'm wrong) this was made before Cris Rupp, one of their founding members, decided he wanted to go solo. He left _with their blessing_ and helped pick his own replacement. That should tell you a bit about these guys. Also with the exception of their beat boxer, who I'm told doesn't _like_ the spotlight, they take turns being the lead in their songs/videos.

All true except this was AFTER Chris went on to other projects. Replacement Adam Chance (just called Chance so there isn’t any confusion with Adam Rupp, the beatboxer)is the one who sings “and Cash leads the choir”.

Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole! They are amazing!! Keep the reactions coming and we "Home Fries" will be right there with you for a fantastic ride! "Ring of Fire" was the one that got me hooked. "Do You Hear What I Hear" is jaw dropping. "How Great Thou Art" is gorgeous (both musically and visually!). I will second the comments below to wait on "Mayday" (it's a fabulous piece but there are a few inside things that elevate it even more!). Take care!

Hi Stan Bann Music, they have left Australia about a week ago, sadly I live in Tasmania which is an Island just below the mainland... we dont use the term "Fries", so we are Home Chips LOL. I just love these Boys & hopefully they will return....Fries or Chips, they can make me smile, dance or doing my housework with a bounce in my step, they are the best. Sorry about long message. :)

@@nannachezA good friend of mine is from Tasmania. He was in Minnesota for several years and is now back teaching in Australia. I have a sense of Home Free ownership since the group started about an hour from here. Been a long time fan of Darren Rust (an amazing writer and producer and, by their admission, the sixth member of Home Free) who did the "How Great Thou Art" arrangement among other stellar things. Check him out with his group The Blenders on "I Wonder As I Wander" (you'll hear the Home Free harmonies loud and clear!) and their "Lean On Me" (Darren takes the lead). Enjoy! Thanks for the note!

I'm surprised you didn't watch the video it's really good This is the song that hooked me for this group. I'm a classic rock and roll guy... And I dragged my wife 2 hours North to Boston to see these guys live. It was so worth it they do a great job. I hope they play the Northeast again when they get back from Europe.

@@gvhorses2 she was happy that I was so happy... She really enjoyed our dinner at legal seafood... But I'm not sure she was happy about driving 2 hours to go to a concert... And the extra cost of a hotel room... We still have a kid in highschool and one as a freshman at college so it was a bit of a budget stretch... As I said she was happy because she knew I really wanted to see these guys... They only made a couple of stops on the East coast... Thanks for asking.
