Totally agree that with Home Free it's always fun, relaxing, lovely, calming and sometimes funny as heck. They are just about perfect in my opinion, not that anyone asked.

Thanks for your analysis. This is such a beautiful original song from Tim. He is a wonderful songwriter. This song was originally on Tim's solo album before joining Home Free called "The Best That I Could Do". Nice to see it redone with Home Free. Love Adam's percussion!

I agree with you Tim is a great bass singer and songwriter. I love Home Free and they are my favorite group. Tim is my favorite bass singer and Austin is my favorite high tenor and Adam is a great beatboxer. Chance is a great baritone. Adam is a great beatboxer and Rob is a great tenor.

I'll watch Tim singing in the rain everyday, all day long!!!

To me, this is the best version yet of this beautiful song by Tim Foust. It has been one of my top favorites since I first discovered Home Free. I love all your reactions to their music. I don't think a person can give too enthusiastic a response to them! Your analysis has taught me a lot about the true art and skill that goes into producing the glorious sounds we hear. I'm a complete novice to all the technical terminology of vocal music, but I'm learning thanks to your delightful explanations. The more I know, the more I can appreciate their skill and talent. This has always been one of my favorite Home Free songs since I heard the original. But I'm even more in love with this version. How talented do you have to be to upgrade your own song, not once but twice?

Jen, I just love how relaxed and always smiling you are when you do Home Free... It's obvious you love'm as much as we all do.

This is an absolutely beautiful song. Tim wrote this for his very first album The Best I Could Do. It's so nice that they did this video for it. I always enjoy watching your reaction and analysis of their music.

Tim could sing the dictionary or read it, I would sit down & listen to all of it. His voice is like being hugged by a warm cosy blanket on a cold day. When he sings you think all is right in the world & you forget if you are having a rough day.

If you listen carefully. You can tell the difference between Chance and Tim on the bass. Been watching and listening to these guys for years. Chance is doing the bass also. I just love how Tim can go from the deepest base to like a higher tenor. Awesome song for Tim. This is absolutely the best group out there bar none. Love your channel! Jennifer, keep it up.

Tim co-wrote this one and it's just gorgeous. The singing, harmonies & beatboxing, as always, are terrific. Although I'm sure Adam Bastien will be a great addition, Austin is gonna be a tough act for him to follow. No matter how high the note, Austin still had a warmth to his voice . . . (sigh) I'm so going to miss him.

This one grew up on me so fast i didn't see it coming at the time ( older version) and now, it's in my top five HF songs. Sooo beautiful and i listen to it often 🤩🤩 Thx Jen ❤❤

You had the same reaction that I did to the inclusion of Chance's face at the end to show it was him on the bass line. I think a lot of people still, after all these years, don't give Chance the credit he deserves for his 'bass-i-ness'.

That was a great reaction anad analysis! It's always clear how much you enjoy Home Free and their beautiful harmonies and makes me enjoy watching you. I hope there are more coming soon. This is one of the last videos with Austin in it 🥲but it's great they've found someone new(ish), though why they had to choose another Adam I will never know....

They announced Austin will be leaving before the end of July Adam Bastien will be stepping in to his place. Adam was a member when Home first started and also with 7th Ave Chris’s group. Adam’s first concert will be at The Grand Ol Opry July 31 There is going to be 3 Adam’s in group.

Love how they are dropping all the Adams because "no one would claim them" and are going by their surnames when signing off now. They will be Rupp, Chance, Tim, Rob and Bastein.

Even though I've always loved the song, it still gives me an extra boost when you "see" them singing it and a video to go with it. Beautifully sung, great background vocals, amazing beatboxing which is not too overwhelming here and don't forget the incredible bass

I was in the same boat as you Jen... I was so glad they cleared up the mystery with Mr. Chance's "ba-doom-ba-da-ba-doom" at the end. A great analysis and reaction, Jen. Thank you for doing this song. This was originally on Tim's 2012 album "The Best That I Could Do" (which will be 12 years old next week!). I also believe I will be seeing these gents (with their new Tenor... another Adam!) for the first in September.

Tim Foust is the my top two bassist and my top one bassist is Geoff from Voiceplay and is my top third Matt from Penatatonix.

Only thing I don’t like about accapella group originals, they seem to turn into a lead singer and back ups

Well, this IS Tim's song that he wrote, and he sounds perfect singing it. Home Free switches off leads all the time. Watch more of their stuff, and you will see that happening.
