Read the tags - the CP3.0 are M18, but the kit for $149 is a 3-pack of M12 batteries in 6, 4, and 2 aH. The M18 3.0 have been marked down to $99 for a while.

I bought that pack of 2 3.0 batteries about 3 years ago, for $100. It basically has been a standard price to me.

FYI, when you were talking about the Dewalt organizer you were pointing at the 4 piece screwdriver price tag

Depot in my area has very few things left. Seen some Ryobi stuff but not much. They had a couple Ryobi 1gal vacs but raised price back up to 79.00

I don't remember so much shoplifting 3 years ago...hmmm

Shoplifters have been hitting Home depot and Lowes for many years. Because it is easy. There has also been contractors stuffing tools in and under doors and other things to slip it out the door. Mainly because their products do not have anti-theft devices on them. Their security cameras are vintage at best. I guess it is cheaper to lock these items up than improve security.

Some YMMV deals. Thanks for showing the DeWalt organizer has website deal better than in store. I can always find a use for those. My eyes on the shiny Red Milwaukee Square😍

Yes, hopefully, they drop the price of those red squares. I have a few of those from last year at about $9.

for those who like wiha brand low's drop the prices after bringing klein i got wiha lineman for $16 it was $27 water pump self adjustment for $18 it used to be $29 knipex cobras for $33 kpx side cutters for $23 and kpx installation pliers for $25 those run for $56 on amazon right now this is just an in store deal only as far as i know

The diablo Sandnet variety packs at my HD in Clearwater were $5.97 last week of October. I have 16 of these packs (which wont last long as their sandpaper/sandnet has a short life. Lol)

Not impressed. The "regular" prices shown are inflated which seems to make the sale or clearance price better. You can get the same or better prices on the HD deal of the day all day long. Don't be fooled.. These "deals " are run of the mill prices..

Not everything is as bad as both of you are claiming. I follow the tool prices at HD constantly, and I can tell you that some of the deals shown in this video are actually pretty decent.

I was going to buy the Milwaukee combo squares but the reviews on them were not good. Users complained that the markings wore off quickly and that the squares were not perfectly square. Are they accurate enough for framing work?

I don't do framing, but I have not seen any numbers wear off, and have not had any error cuts.

Agreed, but in all fairness, they've also upped their game as far as quality on many of the tools. I'm not a Ryobi fan, just giving credit where it's due.

They ar spread all over the store, but our Home Depot does have a designated Clearance section also at the end of one of the aisles in the back

I have had a few $.01 deals before! After a hurricane struck her in 2017, they had 5-pound boxes of deckmate screws at $.01, I bought a dozen of them, and dropped them off at a hurricane supply dropoff point for relief for the bahamas

It's changed alot brother in recent years for the worse (guess depot isnt doing well financially). they now restrict its usage to certain eligible items and they also cap it at 400$ of discount per calendar year. They are becoming a real scumbag cheapass retailer in last few years, I personally took my business to a competing store with better brands other than TTI.

I do hear from people every now and then in California they do see the deals but I also hear the same complaints that you just voiced here we were at 1:00 in LA's across the street from randy's Donuts and it didn't seem to have too many deals either

I'm waiting for the husky knee pad to drop. Staff told me that they weren't planning on putting clearance on any items that are normal stock, they're just to put it in top stock now

I stopped doing them because income and advertising is way down on KZread this year so we don't have the available funds that we did in the past, and the giveaways didn't really do much to help the channel, and it was a whole lot of work and believe it or not about half the people that we would contact to tell them that they win would not respond back so I'm stuck with all of these tools and trying to run second chance drawings and all that and it just became way too much work

Ridgid top off is cheaper at $79

True. But with the Ridgid deal you only get a 2.0 AH battery. With the Milwaukee deal, you get their 6.0 AH battery.

This might be an in store only item. Additionally prices will vary from store to store. My local HD still has them marked down but only at $37.

Just left Home Depot and those cages are a massive turnoff from shopping there. If they are having that much theft it’s probably an internal issue. They should fix that problem.

No this is not an internal issue people are very blatant now and I've actually seen it at Lowe's when I was doing a live stream a guy just filled up a cart and walked right out the door and they're not allowed to stop them. And in California the police won't even show up unless you have over $900 in theft. Did you see the new stores are pointed to in this video? The one showed the guy had an entire U-Haul worth of tools stolen from Home Depot in his house when they served a search warrant and two other guys in New Jersey had $200,000 worth of tools stolen from numerous Lowe's stores

Many of the prices you are showing aren't the correct price. For instance, the hammer, the tag mentions the squares. The thin pack out style case, the tag you look at mentions the screwdrivers...

Not with a 6.0 AH battery! The price you mention is for only the Top Off alone. The deal Jeff showed included a 6.0 AH HO battery. The battery alone is usually priced at $189. Please know what you’re talking about before you speak.

There were no deals I saw from Ryobi other than the buy one get one free deals that expire jan 28, which we have already shown. I was specifically showing clearance deals in this video.
