Today on #khaanemeinkaunhai we have an Indian filmmaker, Hansal Mehta. He started his career with the television show Khana Khazana which launched chef Sanjeev Kapoor and later moved on to directing films like Dil Pe Mat Le Yaar!!, Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?
He got the National Film Award for his direction of the film Shahid. His OTT shows like Scam 1992 and Scoop were a huge hit. But being such a huge film-maker, he prefers to talk more about food than films and that is exactly what Kunal Vijayakar and Hansal Mehta are doing in this episode!

Parsi sevia made with water, fry the sevia in ghee, in a glass of water add sugar elaichi crushed and add to the sevia, recipe given to me by my Parsi childhood friend, and my Mum cooked it for me first.

Kunal, Highway Gomantak is a highly overrated and overpriced place with unbelievably rude management. They have zero manners, they don’t care a damn about customers and their food is nothing to write home about. As a Maharashtrian myself I am ashamed of the way these guys behave with customers.
