What we're seeing in Iowa is layoffs beginning for larger manufacturers. John Deere, and Bridgestone Firestone are the the most recent. Construction equipment sales is slowing as is auto sales. Housing remains fairly strong.

Long time viewer. I understand that you can't give us financial advice, although you've been hinting about it for sometime. Im retired and out of the market, collecting 5%. I think it's better than risking everything that I have over my lifetime. I expect the market to come crashing down. I know you can't time the market, but it would be great if you continue to inject your indirect market takes in your videos. This economy is killing me/ lots of us, and we would appreciate any non-official advice or heads up in your content to help us out, if you wish to. Appreciate your content and expertise.

You can't "just move on in and build" after buying up for ... why not just call it pennies? Ain't like the dollars are suddenly worth anything...or is it "suddenly dollars are worth something!"? I mean seriously why would i buy improved real estate when Apple or Microsft are heading now well North of 3 trillion in market cap to presumably 5 trillion in market cap next? What are "real asset" people doing to compete with that again? "Just build another rectangle!" This is not to begrudge building or real estate just to point out one must still *COMPETE* for Capital no matter what the money may or may not be doing. Just ask 1980s Trump what happens when Banks are given no choice but to pull credit lines. We've already had the Bank failures actually...how goes the War again? "Make America Great!" is the answer? More like pop pop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is i would argue.
