House could have been overpriced by 300,000.00. Maybe even more. The sellers are absolutely delusional.
"Equity isn't real until it's realized". Why don't people get this? Homeowners can be so delusional. Many of these homeowners who are getting HELOCs and Second mortgages thinking that's a brillant idea will be walking away from those homes in the next few years. I'll be ready with cash to scoop up my dream home for a fraction of the price. I hope you all are ready, too.
Good points tonight. Something broke in April which had led to a total stoppage in all types of orders. Hours are being cut and layoffs are increasing. Went to my local Costco today and the place was packed. Only bull market left is wholesale groceries. People need to eat.
Just sitting back and waiting for the Florida market to come down, I’ve priced out insurance and taxes in Cape Coral on a few houses. It’s comical how much your mortgage will be with the over inflated prices. Not gonna last long maybe if the feds decide to cut interest rates but eventually it’s gonna
