love your style bro! those wood accents!
The Mini Vivaldi doesn’t get enough love. What a beautiful machine. For just a couple hundred $ more, I much prefer the aesthetics of the S1 over both the Rancilio Silvia pro x and Lelit Elizabeth.
Beautiful setup and awesome workflow with La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi ii. Thank You for sharing!
Great, love the turned wood handles too.
Great set up and work flow

Thanks! I appreciate it!
Great video. I have the same machine and I love it. Where did you get the wood knob for the milk steamer?
Great video! Where did you find a wood knob replacement for the steam lever?
Did you customize this machine? Adding the white and the joystick on the steam handle? I just bought one, and would love to do something similar!
Nice. What tamper are you using? Could you provide a link please?
Hey! What’s your ratio for pulling a shot?
How's that machine serving you? I'm about to buy this exact one and been curious, love the video :)

It's a beautiful machine! I've been using it for just over half a year and I haven't thought twice about my choice in purchase. Though I may someday look to upgrade to something like a Victoria Arduino eagle one prima

@@skaterman1112foru I'm happy to hear that, can't wait to get mine :) And holy crap, that's an expensive baby you're looking to get, hope you'll get your hands on it at some point! Thanks!
How is the machine at high volume? I’m looking to use on a coffee cart. It’s between this, prima eagle one, Linea mini.

I would definitely get the plumed version if you pick one up, but it is amazing on volume. Holds heat well and produces amazing drinks!
Nice! How do u like the machine?
Great workflow but less exposure on the latte art! Showcase your skill! Hope to see more and tutorials (maybe) soon! Thanks
Where did you get the white trim for the top?

I custom painted it's myself, a bite tedious but worth it!

@@skaterman1112foru Looks great. I was assuming it was a vinyl wrap.
How do you feel about this machine today? I need an upgrade and keep coming back to this beauty. Would you get this machine today?

Good the price, there are many better options, I would stick to something with a 58mm group head

I would get this beautiful workhorse, people always say 58mm group head this and that like they don’t make 53mm accessories it’s a non issue.

Anyone telling you about grouphead size being a issue are just saying it because its the commercial option. 54mm espresso is 4mm narrower, which makes it 4mm deeper puck, ....its equal to more grounds on top of one another vs across. Smae quantity beans, concentrated vs distributed....This makes for better controlled shots, less issues. E61 is a commercial standard, and that is something if you are stick with one of the standard setups that use interchangeable parts. I have both, a E61/58mm grouphead machine and a 53/54mm grouphead machine. La Spaziale did many things right. There is the Lucca A53 I think Clive Coffee sells, and they made some mostly cosmetic, updates. Great machine. With timer, puts some automation into your morning routine.
