Did you get the placenta made into a pill? If so how?

Yes I did! You would need to find a person who does the encapsulation. Some people do it themselves, but that is not what I did. Ask your doctor/midwife/doula if they know of any services local to you.
😂 try a spoonful of yogurt in your mouth then pop the pill in your mouth… it works lol!
