I have consistently failed to get a consistent cheese sauce. It’s always “crumbly” and “chunks”. But that’s with other recipes that use flour. I’m gonna try this recipe with eggs God willing. Thanks for posting 🙏🏽

If you use pre shredded cheese, that's probably the issue. The other stuff they put in the package to keep it from clumping, makes it harder to melt and go creamy. Buy a brick and shred yourself and you should have easy creamy sauce ❤
