I was gonna ask for this. I want to know what I can expect with some of the free login, reward, and very easy to get champs. Also, I really hope they won't nerf him because the whole point in him was a community designed kit and this is what was voted for. If they do a nerf after I've invested in my first ever fusion, I might finally just quit the game.

Bro brings in shield growth with buff extension, for Hydra. On top of that he's also a counter to champions like Sun WuKong and Armanz in arena. Pretty damn solid if you ask me.

i guess % shield growth starts to ramp up pretty quick after few turns.

I’m guessing it’s how they grow the shields. Brogni is a flat number based on damage but Wixwell is a percentage. So Wixwell scales with bigger shields better. So if you have a 10k shield, Brogni may grow it by 15k while Wixwell grows it by 2k. But if you have a 100k shield, Brogni still grows it by 15k, but Wixwell grows it by 20k.

@@swamb9417The rest of Emic's kit is better than Wizwell's. Wixwell is a solid champ, but not in Emic's class. Losing his shield growth ability did nothing to tarnish his usefulness. He went from op to S teir imo. However, Wixell needs it to go from above average to good, and to have a greater utility in multiple areas of the game. This is a case of apples and oranges imo :)

@@antonioguevara5697 Yeah he is a 5 rating without his shield growth. Unfortunately, I think Wixwell is a 4 rating with his, but will probably drop down to a 3.5 without it. Hopefully they won't "rebalance" him especially with all the hoo-ha around Trunda, but it's Paylarium and they always screw the player base when there is money involved. With Wixwell a fusion champ that many are going for, and a clan shop leggo (Yanica) doing this amount of damage, it's likely they will but not certain ofc. If they do, then there will be even more pressure to "rebalance" Trunda and Yumiko. So, in some ways, I hope they do for the sake of the game as a whole.

I'm only half way throught the video so maybe it's mentioned, but Corpulent Cadaver is still a decent damage dealer in a comp like this. Even though his damage is capped, he still hits for around 250,000 per hit. Good budget option to replace Turvold.

@@knightfishing Other than Brogni, reflect damage only works on actual damage taken not shield damage. Geo's damage will only come from his in built chance to giant slayer.

@@bmcwxyz Yes, true. But I wasn’t thinking this specific comp. More a general statement about infinity shield teams in general, where Wixwell is replacing Brogni. If one has the champs, the only stats that matter are speed and in a case like that, a Cadaver doing 250k may be far above anything else. Plus, he’s quite easy to get. I think so many people think that because he can no longer do 2million per swing, he’s no good anymore.

Oh i am so glad i pulled Wixwell in the Champion chase at the beginning of the Fusion. Will definitely still do the fusion for a second one

If we picked all his kit and still put together someone not worth going for that would be the sorriest L ever LOL Appreciate what you and your team do daily Hell Hades. You and ASH were my intro to learning more about this game. Grew my F2P account like crazy and helped me advance into the endgame. I summoned Rotos during his fusion and I was sad cause he had 113 reviews and they were 3.5 or so. Look today and Wix has 45 reviews. Also in the 3s and low 4s. I've said it 1000 times... new skill champs are auto-fuse. I never thought about skipping this. Glad I didn't.

Also I swear I am the only person who gives Corvus love. Way back like years ago I got Corvus the day he came out and he helped me 1 key UNM for the first time. 4 poisons, poison sensitivity, extend buffs, dec attack lol he’s a beast but nobody uses him. Glad to see you gave him a shot 😂

I feel the same about Corvis. I think he came out to late for the game. When they changed to Hard dungeons poison fell off, unfortunately. The think that saved Teo was the hp burn explosion. But in CB, Covis is still bloody fantastic

Got Corvis early on my account and love him. Only thing i miss is a good poison activator. Would be cool for the CB team because i dont have a big damage dealer like Tuvold.

I use him together whit kalvalx in my posion explosion team, I don't have the gear for a fast seer team but the posion explosion deals whit all the wave based content plus dragon hard 10.

he is a great champion. No doubt about that. You will instantly build him if you get him before late game. If you are already late game there is a good chance you dont need him anymore, for the things he can do very well.

With stacks of 30 poisons at the end, what would be the potential damage with a poison activator?

about 50k total. poisons exploders don't work on cb. they will do the damage of 1 poison regardless of the amount/turns. activators like teodor or dark kael will trigger 1 turn of poisons and deal damage normally but there is no benefit for having 30 turns of poisons.

Im going for this fusion and this video comes at a perfect time as I want to move towards a 1 key UNM where I am running a 2 key team now. Demytha seems a very interesting option since you can block one of those AOE hits potentially. (might need it because the gear is not as good as the showcase). The only thing im wondering, will demytha default attack replace already excisting shields? Anyway, Thanks for the showcase, definitely using this as inspiration for what im going to build :)

Razelvarg would be hard to tune, he’s not gaining the 100 speed boost because the original speed is extended but his a1 does a lot of self tm fill

This is why I try to go for every fusion. People talk so much about character's tiers before even having seen all their potential. As a F2P, I'm glad fusions exist because the worst that could happen is having to wait for a later buff and I still get a champion for free (yes many resources go into them but at least I don't spend a single dollar for a game that spenders complain about everyday). Comments sections are full of people who see the game from an ultra endgame perspective because their boxes are full of the best champs and the usually forget that this game still has a big F2P and new players community. This aspect is rarely taken into account in endgame players' analysis. My goal here is not to be against spenders/endgame monsters but to show that there are plenty of players who are glad for fusion champions even if they don't look fancy for a mega whale or a 5 years old account with a lower budget (which is still far more expenditure than a F2P one). A friendly advice, try the F2P facet of the game, you'll see that it lightens the heart when your 100000th pull of a shitty rare with your shards is not that bad because you pulled it from a free one.

Can you do a budget version of this. For early and middle players.

I just recently finished the work for Lydia, and I Have Corvus. The fact I can replace Lady Mikage (being held up by 2 epics) with Hellborn Sprite is a godsend so hopefully I can hit the speed required. Thank you for showing this!

I mean, I ignore the community too but doesn't mean I go for all the fusions. If the community is hyping someone that I don't care for then I'll skip them. Been a lot happier since I decided early last year to do that. One note though, I will not do a fusion just because maybe it might be useful somewhere someday. Just have no interest in that. But most of the fusions are certainly worth going for. Just skip champs like that blademaster I didn't need or greathoof.

Great video! Another budget extender is Valerie. And she will cleanse. ;-) By using one rare champion on your team, you are setting up for that pesky daily quest.

HH can I used rathalos instead of truvolt ? And who can I use instead of Lydia ? Thanks for the great content

Instead of Lydia you can use any 3 turn increase speed champion. Even Heiress, but then you'll need decrease defence and weaken from your DPS, so someone like Draco or Rhazin would be better

I believe why wixwell is craked at extending shield size is tat its a% increase rather than a flat figure increase. Brogni extends based on his damage and eventually the cb outdamages brogni

For anyone wondering yes his shield growing ability is not additive but multiplicative so the longer shield stays the bigger he will make it just like it was for emic a1 which was nerfed

If you used the dune lord could you do this with only 2 extenders and add in another champ? Since he has the decrease cooldown and buff extension. Or maybe just him in general? Dune lord, Fat man, Buff Ext., Wixwell, damage?

I'm not great at understanding speed tunes with Deadwood's tools, but can you put Grand Oak in for speed and with his increase turn meter perhaps get some lower speeds on some of these champs?

Do you think acelin would pair well with wixwell with his shield/nuke heal ability?

Could we use a decrease cooldown champ like Emic in place on one of the buff extension champs?

I think people were just looking at the shield growth on a smaller shield and over just a few turns. Also they were not pairing him with all these skill cooldown and buff extender champions and gear. Basically I saw a few KZreadrs just try it for a turn and not see a big growth in the shield so they dismissed it. But the bigger the shield gets the more impactful the growth is. Just my impression.

It’s calculated differently to the brogni growth and that was our comparison. Brogni has faster initial growth where as wix has much better growth over longer fights. So we saw the initial growth and just thought compared to brogni it’s bad

due to the fact of clan boss build his damage over time and you only see the shield grow. means that you very early manage to scale the shield so fast that the damage becomes negliable compared to the growth and ends up with something you can formalise to (start shield value)* (wrex a2 sheid growth multplier)^(wrex a2 use count). essentially an exponential growth in your shield power. the bronko hydra showcase hit each hydra for an average of 330 mil damage where yannica only uses 15% of shield value as a base. I would not be suprissed if he grew the shield past 300 mil

I am wondering if you could use 2 buff extender only with extend buff in mastery? and can you test Geomancer in the lead? With geo's passive, the reflected damage should be insane at turn 1K++

Few questions - Would Brogoni be a better fit for this team if available? If you didn't have Turvold, who would be some good options to crank out damage?

Brogni has a fixed shield growth based on his damage. Wixwell has an exponential growth. Brogni works, but it wont last as long bwcause you only get shield value in the millions and not billions if not trillions.

So is Demytha able to replace Krisk, and would a Bolster set work as well or better than Shield set?

I'm also using both Mikage and Corvis also in my current 1 key cb team. Not quiet a x2 more like x1.5 But will try your timings and speeds... When I get WIXWELL he'll replace my pythion. Other difference is I have Kyoku and Ratholos in place of your Turvo and your Lydia.. together they bring the debuffs. Only issue I have is with the additional HP burn I have no more room for brimstones... still easy 1 and then some.

If we use buff extender with speed aura like Abase. Can we then have lower speed on all heroes to accomplished the same?

Do we think Seeker and Zinogre Blademaster could swap in? Seeker bringing the TM and Zinogre the TM/Increase speed?

would this not be better with lanakis insted of corvis for another ally attack ?

Always good to have a video like this at the point where fusion is undoable. Luckily i do every unique champs.

Well pretty much all the CCs have been saying to go for him and that it can be hard to say early in plus he has unique features. If people ignored their recommendations I think that’s on their own heads.

Built this team but used Goseeker and Anchorite, obviously damage was significantly lower due to gear, blessings, and no poisoner, but reached turn limit without an issue. Not sure if this comp or the budget build would net more damage since the lower speeds would allow me to use toxic set for poison damage. It's nice to have options again.

@@joshjudd50 I ended up having to change up my build and switch to the budget version. The stats just didn't work out well for me and I couldn't get the tune to work on all affinities. WIth the budget team, i swapped godseeker out for Malkith, I was able to get toxic set on Wixwell. This worked out to right around 200 mil damage on UNM and about 240 on NM using Jintoro for my damage. I would actually like to find a better setup, but for now, this is a solid all affinity team that works on all the levels of CB.

Is the all affinities or is it having issues with spirit like the budget teams?

Think there could be some insane brogni and wixwell together teams?

How is the sheild growth coded? Like what is the percentage increase with the number of buffs etc. Also they better not nerf him, if they are willing to let crap like Trunda exist.

with Brogni's shield and block debuffs, just at first glance, i'd argue he's A) more approachable than turnvold, B) will grow shields further, sooner, C) can still be DPS and for LLP let WM/GS do the damage.

hmm makes me wonder what would happen with krisk, wixwell, mikage, brogni, and then acrizia....or corpulent?

That's not quite true - I have a working infini shield without Krisk that does 1-key on all affinities, all difficulties. I call it the infini-unkilli team. It's brogni plus three extenders + helicath. You time the block damage to the double hitter AOE and the shield last long enough to do about 100-150m damage depending on affinity. It helps that I have Corvus as one of the extenders and Lady M as another. Once I get Wixwell I'll swap out Sand Lashed as the 3rd.

@@thejohniesttsunamiest2111 Brogni 218, Helicath 261, Lady M 252, Corvus 241, Sand L: 221. Put it into deadwoods calculator. It should run 4:3 is you've got it right. In terms of team setup for skill order: Helicath disable A2, Corvis A1:1, A3:2, but open with A3, Brogni open with A3 then disable, Lady M A2:1, open with A3, disable meta, sandlashed open with A1

I tried my original build with Godseeker, and didn't fare too well, Greggor made it work perfectly. Running Wix, Mikage, Greggor, Turvold, and Farahkin. Much slower, top speed is 262 on Mikage with now speed buff. Still hitting for 440-490M.

Just a reminder. If replaceing Lydia with Klodd you need the drop defence/weaken from you damage dealers. Same if replace corvis, need decrease attack.

Nice. I was on the "He's not worth it" - team. But this is insane! However, with things to do in real life I am nowhere near to do a fusion successfully in this game. I'm looking forward getting lucky with my shards... but I have the feeling there is a nerv incomming as soon as someone makes this working in hydra.

Man i regret not going for this fusion. Damnnn.

Every CC spent all their videos on how amazing they wanted to sell the single target provoke and never bothered to figure out if the shield growth was broke or like were now finding out, works different than we thought.

So wait - does it need the shied from the set to work? Either way - was hopping for a buff or them finding something like this. Just hope you can run it at less insane speeds and it still work even for less damage - cause it'd be nice to just 1 key the damn boss and be done with it, maybe nuke the nightmare and others just for the extra chests.

I wonder what kind of other damage other champs can do. Like Gnut or other Hp base damage dealers, as well as other nukers.

So … minus turvold for dmg and Lydia … I can sub in brogni for shield dmg reflecting onto clan boss and maybe something to get cooldowns faster

if you are able, try looking at a 1:1 and see if that works, I don't really care about intercept here I can always bring a block debuff champ, i'm just wondering what the lowest you can go while still getting to tm limit is, im also kinda wondering what is the most jenky tune you can get away with is, given this relies on buff extention, as long as none of the champs outrun the buffs, what can you get away with tune wise? personally im looking at wixwell/sprite/sandlashed/brogni/khatun as a potential team given that 4 of them are used nowhere, it gives me a good excuse to gear them, brogni could come out for sepulture just for increased defense, not sure how required brogni's shield is or how much value add the reflect would be when just getting a 1 key is the want

Content creators speak alot about Wixwell paired with Brogni but no videos. I just pulled my first Brogni during 1+1 sacren event and now I want to see how they play together!

Same. I imagine it should be insane, protected shield from brogni, nonstop extension and growth between the two if u have some other extenders, krisk and lady mikage in my case, with the reflect damage from brogni on shields it should be insane.

Demythia might be great in that team. Extend shields and put block dmg up to protect the shields for 50 turns

@@atlanteean i know. But with right speed she can protect the shields from dmg for 50 turns so they can grow faster
