My father had an Italian restaurant on Santa Monica Blvd in the 1970s and he refused to deliver to people in the Hollywood Hills because of impossible parking conditions. He called them goat trails.

I drive a manual transmission, so I tend to avoid narrow and winding streets like you toured for us. All the shifting and clutch pedal work is too much, but I've always been curious to see these places ever since moving to SoCal 8 yrs ago from the midwest. Thanks for the tours!

Hey Ben, you just earned a subscriber from Chicago ! I'd love to buy or build a home in the Malibu or HH/Mulholland Drive area. Overlooking Lake Hollywood or the Stone Canyon Reservoirs. I know there's still some choice lots/acreage/building pads currently on the market in those areas.
