It's a crime that almost all of the houses I remember have been torn down . Those houses were works of art and demolishing them is similar to demolishing the Kandinsky that just sold for $45,000,000.

Great tour, but it's a conflicting watch. Most people move to these areas for peace and quiet, but a vast majority of the other vehicles you pass while driving are for construction... which takes forever to complete on such huge residential projects, and is the furthest thing from peaceful or quietness. Who'd want to invest in a $10m+ homestead only to live for several years within earshot of construction disturbance? This is a huge issue facing large income estate regions, and until quicker and quieter construction is developed, it's an ongoing major problem.

There are lots of doctors living in Bel Air and neighboring Holmby Park which is a reason why we need to lower our costs by lowering their profits

Not true. He crushed for a long time. Also, don’t mistake a discount from a list price as not fetching value or a premium. a list price is just an advertising tool.

Those new billionaire uber-mansions are soulless, boring, have zero aesthetic or respect for Bel Air history, are monuments to hubris, tasteless, charmless, have no "home" appeal, and - despite the infinity pools, glass, size, and views - are starchitectual abominations. Give me an old Tudor or hacienda mansion of appropriate scale, taste, grandeur, and elegance any day. No one needs 18 bathrooms in a 9-bedroom house. And who are all those bedrooms for? No sooner are these monstrosities built than they are up for sale because the maintenance requires the budget of LAX.

I love the history and architecture. But don't say artery that's a medical term we are not doing heart surgery. We are looking at other Beverly hills words like intimate curve up to the Spelling Estate. And your voice needs to be softer and relaxing w fun adjectives. Sorry. But I'm right. No hate. Amy

I'm in the top 1/8 of 1 percent in my field. What I'm doing seems to be working. Saying "no hate" does not absolve your offering of unsolicited advice
