@@Bunce1949 I watched the Adam Lambert story last night and how he regenerated Queen. Freddie was a much harder, nearly unimaginable, place to fill than Alan, but they managed it. Powerhouse classic songs get you 80% over the lines but quality vocals and charisma the other, vital, 20%. I think this is the failing of this tribute band. Other bands like Foreigner and AC/DC have successfully transcended and transported the music and sentiment to the punters. We've been subjected to all the British "Heritage" bands doing the country circuit here in NSW, ( The Animals and Herman's Hermits the latest) and I've been super disappointed. When does the nostalgia outweigh reality? PS I loved the Hollies

Don't we all. But you've gotta love THESE guys.
It's almost criminal that Bobby and Tony can still look that good, at 8 years older than EYE am!
Excellent musicians but above all, great friends !!!
Nothing else better to remember how happy we once could be ! As my mother used to say : _ I don’t know if I dreamed or if I am having a nightmare! Someone might as well be explaining me ?
beautiful music
No one has Alan Clarke's distinct voice, no matter how good they sing. Alan voice IS their sound.
I'd pay to see this band. I've been a fan since the 60's. I'd even try and chat with Bobby Elliott. Still of the classiest drummers out there. Nix the negative waves, sit back and enjoy.

Great to see the Hollies late in there career. I'm a fan of the Hollies and a fan of Tony Hicks. Good to see this incarnation of the band thanks for posting this
All credit to them, they’re very good. Came across this by accident. Good music always stands the test of time and this has done just that.
Been to see The Hollies three times now and all I can say is wow. Yes Alan Clarke is no longer with them but they have evolved. They are a very good bunch of musicians who know how to play to a packed theatre of people with a standing ovation at the end. It's still money worth paying to see this band and all I can say is well done lads you are brilliant and look forward to seeing you all again in October here in Norwich.

Hello Hollies boys. That's wonderful songs. I hope that you coming to Holland. I will see you. Greats Francis.
Great cover band.
Great vocals, well done by one of my fav bands.
THE. HOLLIES. MAGIC.
I have seen these guys twice in past 4 years , great show , still geat harmonies , and with 2 of the originals, they still have the right to be called The Hollies , at least they haven't bought the name and running off the back of others , and still one of the only 60s bands , still selling out gigs on their own , well done guys keeping 60s music alive .

Just great how have they continued to sing and look so good ❤️❤️
Peter, Peter, Peter....😍😍 There could be no one to replace the fabulous Allan...except you.
Class!
To everyone complaining that this isn’t the Hollies without Clarke and Nash, no band is the same with new lineups....musicians retire, pass away,go solo or form new bands, that’s life,so get over it and just enjoy the music!

Totally agree. I'm a huge fan and have seen all the line ups over the years. Nothing stays the same, even the Beatles weren't the original line up, no group is. Graham Nash was only in the band for a short while, all the current line up have been there far longer than he was. They are fabulous live in concert, go and see them, you will be blown away!

Oh Lordy do you guys take me back!! You’re style of music is thee best!! And I love how you’re dressed
Saw them last Saturday at Southport Theatre absolutely fantastic Peter Howarth is a great lead singer complimenting Bobby Elliott and Tony Hicks.

Except that two founding members, Tony Hicks and Bobby Elliot, are playing their hearts out. Members come and go, where would the Hollies be if they let the departure of Graham Nash stop them?
