We wanted to pick a theme we are both passionate about - ours was Holidays & Vacations, so our pieces reflect that and we talk more about that in each of our videos.

Today's Tutorial Information:
▶ Technique: Dutch Pour, Swipe and SWAP.
▶ Color Palette:
Liquitex Basics: Hookers Green Hue Permanent.
Amsterdam: Olive Green Light, Sky Blue Light, Brilliant Blue, Prussian Blue Phthalo.
Pebeo: Iridescent Precious Gold, Cadmium Green Hue.
All my paints were mixed with a pouring medium (Floetrol Owatrol) and water with a ratio of 1:1:3 Paint:Water:Floetrol. My cell activator is mixed with Australian Floetrol 1:4.

Wow! So different, yet they both do remind me of vacation. I love the way you spray painted the fern and I love Marie-Louise's splashing waves and sunset. Very nice collaboration! Denise ❤

Woooooow Mark, this piece is defo my.new favourite. The cells of the swipes are absolutely precious. On the half you kept, they look like a leopard fish in the ocean. The beautiful Dutch pour area looks like air bubbles in the water and the green leaves are so pretty. What a great idea! 💚 Your friend's half is super beautiful, too and really looks like a sunset on the ocean. She created some gorgeous waves and I will look up her video now. You did a wonderful job 🖒💖

Hello Mark !! 😍 I love sooo much this idea from Louise. 😄 Mais lorsque j'ai vu ce que tu as crée avec ce beigne, je n'avais plus envie que tu sépare cette oeuvre magnifique. 🙏❤️❤️❤️ Je crois que c'est l'une de mes pièces préférées. Quelle idée géniale que de faire un split avec des technics différentes. Ceci te représente et c'est la beauté qui émane de cette peinture. Ta beauté à toi.😇💙💚💙💚 Je me souviens que tu avais séparé une toile avec plusieurs techniques pour une artiste magnifique et une amie pour toi, Rinske. 🥰 Je fais une suggestion pour toi, peut-être que tu pourrais faire une autre oeuvre d'art, avec plusieurs technics sur la même toile. Tu es excellent dans ce domaine. 😉💯💯 Je reviens à Louise...😁 Quand j'ai vu ce que Louise avait fait et que tu as joint sa pièce à la tienne, c'était sublime. C'est tellement harmonieux. 🤩💯 J'ai bien sur écouté la vidéo de ton amie Louise et elle est tellement douce que j'en ai été émue à la fin de son vidéo. 🥲❤ Deux oeuvres très différentes mais magnifiques et encore plus lorsqu'elles sont mises ensemble. 🎉 Félicitation à vous deux pour ce beau projet commun. 👍❤️❤️❤️

You’re welcome 😊 I am in the UK - I get mine direct from Australia via the Wholesale Paint Group; shipping is pricy but worth it as I’ve used my carton for the last two years so it lasts a very long time as you don’t use much at all
