There were no muslims in Sweden in 1950s, they started coming in 1980s

@@mtlvector4630 In that case, it must probably be before 1952 though, because the 1800s buildings at 4:46 were destroyed by the socialist regime in 1952. They planned for modernist motorways all over the city. Very fortunately, they only mangaged to implement perhahps 20% of their plans before being stopped by the 1973/74 oil crisis as well as new winds and public protests.

@@mtlvector4630 Also, there are a films from the 1950s in colour, looking pretty modern, and also from the 1910s in much higher resolution. So I would too guess that this is before the 1950s. Somewhere between 1923 (the city hall completed) and just after the war in the mid 1940s.
