1. In real life I am many things. However, I am NOT a pen thief... My technicians will confirm this!
2. There's no beef like the beef between night shift and day shift. BUT! We do love each other... Most days...
3. There is a lot of booze exchanged during the holidays in vet hospitals... I imaging it's the same thing at human hospitals too!
Please be sure to thank your veterinary hospital staffs this holiday season! Holidays are very rough for veterinary hospitals. There is a massive increase in euthanasias during the holidays. We work very long hours, and don't get to see our families as much as we'd like. Some of us work the holidays and don't actually get to spend it with our families. Pet owners take their stress of the holidays out of on us when things go wrong with their pets. It can be rough. Baked goods and holiday cards with your pets looking super cute are great ways to show your appreciation!
