Here is a unique pattern that mixed diagonal hole pattern and cable pattern. This pattern can be used for various projects such as sweater, border on a hat, scarf and even dresses.
This is a 21 pattern that is repeated till you achieve your desired length.
*Steps*
cast on multiple of 6 +2 stitches
(cast on 18 stitches in video)
Row 1: 2p, 6k, 2p, 2*( k2tog, YO), k2tog, 2p
Row 2: 2k, 6p, 2k ,6p, 2k
(for all even rows, repeat row 2)
Row 3: 2p, 6k, 2p, 1k, 2*(k2tog, YO), 1k, 2p
Row 5: 2p, C3F, 2p, 2*(k2tog, YO), k2tog, 2p
Row 7: 2p, 2*(k2tog, YO), k2tog, 2p, 1k, 2*(k2tog, YO), 1k, 2p
Row 9: 2p, 1k, 2*(k2tog, YO), 1k, 2p, 2*(k2tog, YO), 2p
Row 11: 2p, 2*(k2tog, YO), 2p, C3F, 2p
Row 13: 2p, 1k, 2*(k2tog, YO), 1k, 2p, 6k, 2p
Row 15: 2p, 2*(k2tog, YO), 2p, 6k, 2p
Row 17: 2p, C3F, 2p, 6k, 2p
Row 19: 2p, 6k, 2p, 6k, 2p
Row 21: 2p, 6k, 2p, C3F, 2p
Repeat all 21 rows above till you reach desired length.
